Helping Haiti help itself.

Project Rouj

Visit the remote Fondwa region of Haiti, and you’ll see something curious: an ever-growing number of modest homes—each with a distinctive red roof (or “rouj” in Haitian Creole). These roofs are proof that an innovative way of combating poverty is working.

Project Rouj is a charitable organization that hires workers and pays them living wages to build homes, thereby creating jobs and affordable housing in the same stroke. We worked with them on a complete brand overhaul, including a new name and visual identity.
